Offer agreement

This agreement is an official offer (public offer) of Tvoye & Moye Limited Liability Company (hereinafter referred to as the "Seller") to any individual or legal entity (hereinafter referred to as the "Buyer") to conclude a contract for the sale of goods through the online store on the website https://tvoyemoye.com (the "Site") on the terms and conditions set forth below.

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1.1 This agreement is a public offer in accordance with Article 633 of the Civil Code of Ukraine. The Buyer's acceptance of the offer is his/her agreement with all the terms and conditions of this agreement.
1.2. The Agreement is considered to be concluded from the moment of acceptance, which is carried out by placing an order on the Site.

2. SUBJECT OF THE CONTRACT

2.1. The Seller shall transfer the goods to the Buyer's ownership, and the Buyer shall accept and pay for them under the terms of this Agreement.
2.2. The name, assortment, quantity and price of the goods shall be determined on the basis of the data specified on the Website at the time of placing the order.

3. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES

3.1. The seller undertakes:

  • Transfer the goods of proper quality in accordance with the Buyer's order;
  • Ensure the confidentiality of the Buyer's personal data;
  • Provide up-to-date information about the product on the Website.

3.2. The Buyer undertakes:

  • Provide the exact data required to fulfill the order;
  • Pay for the goods in a timely manner and accept them.

4. ORDERING PROCEDURE

4.1 The Buyer places an order through the Website by selecting the necessary goods.
4.2. After placing the order, the Buyer receives a confirmation to the specified e-mail or other means of communication.

5. PRICE AND PAYMENT PROCEDURE

5.1. The cost of the goods is determined on the Site at the time of ordering.
5.2. Payment is made in non-cash form through the payment methods available on the Site.

6. DELIVERY OF GOODS

6.1. Delivery of goods is carried out throughout Ukraine, unless otherwise specified on the Site.
6.2. Delivery time depends on the method and region of delivery chosen by the Buyer.

7. RETURN OF GOODS

7.1. The buyer has the right to return the goods of good quality within 14 days from the date of receipt, if the goods have not been used and their presentation, packaging and documentation have been preserved.
7.2. The return of goods is carried out in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights".

8. RESPONSIBILITY OF THE PARTIES

8.1. The Seller shall not be liable for the Buyer's losses due to improper use of the goods.
8.2. All disputes shall be resolved through negotiations, and in case of impossibility - in the manner prescribed by the current legislation of Ukraine.

9. CONFIDENTIALITY

9.1. The Seller undertakes not to disclose the Buyer's personal data, except in cases provided for by the legislation of Ukraine.

10. 10. OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS

10.1. The Seller has the right to make changes to this Agreement. The new terms and conditions come into force from the moment they are published on the Site.
10.2. All issues not regulated by this agreement shall be governed by the current legislation of Ukraine.
