The conditions for the return of cosmetic products in Ukraine are regulated by consumer protection laws. Since cosmetics are classified as personal use goods, there are certain restrictions on their return.
Cosmetic products of good quality are not subject to return: According to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 172 dated March 19, 1994, perfumes and cosmetics are included in the list of goods that cannot be returned or exchanged if they are of good quality.
Returning goods of inadequate quality: If a cosmetic product has defects (expired shelf life, damaged packaging, inconsistency with the declared composition, etc. The difference between the design elements or the design from the description stated on the website is not a sign of inadequate quality), the consumer has the right to return or exchange it. In such cases, you need to:
- Provide a receipt or other document confirming the purchase.
- Describe/send a photo of the product defects.
