Terms of sending goods by Nova Poshta:

1. Dispatch time: The goods are shipped within 1-3 business days after order confirmation.
2. Shipping costs: The cost of delivery is calculated according to the tariffs of Nova Poshta and is paid by the buyer upon receipt of the goods.
3. Place of receipt: You can choose a Nova Poshta branch convenient for you or order a courier delivery to your address.
4. Payment for delivery: Payment is made upon receipt of the goods at the branch or by courier.
5. Checking the goods: Upon receipt of the goods, it is recommended to check their integrity and compliance with the order directly on the spot. If you find any damage or discrepancies, you can refuse the parcel and draw up an act together with a Nova Poshta employee.
6. Payment for the goods: Possible payment methods: full payment or cash on delivery (payment upon receipt of the goods, with an advance payment of 200 UAH).

Sending cosmetics abroad by Nova Poshta:

5. Payment: for shipments abroad, the recipient pays the full cost of the order.

2. Shipping costs: The cost of delivery depends on the weight and dimensions of the parcel, as well as on the country of receipt. All tariffs can be viewed on the Ukrposhta website or checked at the branch. Delivery is paid by the buyer
3. Delivery time: The standard delivery time is 7 to 14 business days, depending on the country of destination and the type of delivery chosen (express or economy).
4. Restrictions on shipment: Before shipping, you must familiarize yourself with the import regulations of the country of receipt. Some countries may restrict the import of certain types of cosmetic products.
5. Parcel tracking: After sending the parcel, you will be provided with an international tracking number that can be used to track the location of the parcel on the Ukrposhta website or through postal services of other countries.
